The large file transfer service GrosFichiers is a service provided by a Swiss collective of experts, all graduates of the Bachelor of Science HES-SO IT - Switzerland.
Use of the GrosFichiers service indicates full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
All data provided by users of the service is considered confidential. No data or information is shared with third parties.
As a service provider, we guarantee that access to file content transiting through our systems is treated as strictly confidential information, access to which is forbidden to any person exterior to OSSO, except under conditions strictly defined by current legislation.
We implement appropriate measures to ensure confidentiality, as is customary in the profession, but can not be held responsible for any failure beyond our control, including cases of malicious intent or deliberate attack of our IT systems by third parties.
By uploading files, you become responsible for their dissemination. Be aware that illicit exchanges of recordings and protected works as well as pirating are harmful to artistic creation. Be aware as well that non-compliance with laws in force, specifically those concerning the protection of intellectual and artistic property, may give rise to prosecution and conviction. Any negligence, or complaint from rights-holders, will lead to the permanent deletion of the file in question. By using this service (via the uploading or downloading of a file), you declare that you have read and accepted all of these conditions.
The user is responsible for the content of his or her uploaded files. He or she must hold all intellectual property rights to all of his or her uploaded files, including the rights of reproduction, representation, and dissemination in relation to the Internet, for a period established beforehand.
GrosFichiers is a free service that allows for the transfer via our servers of files up to 2 GB, simply though a web browser. The service works as an intermediary between the sender and the recipient, who receives a link to download the file sent. The file sent in this manner is stored on our servers while it awaits download.
The maximum file size is 2 GB, and you can transfer up to 300 files at a time. The files remain on our server a maximum of 14 days.
In no event will we be liable for any loss of data.
We reserve the right to interrupt the service for maintenance or improvements, or for increasing system capacity, and undertake, except in cases of force majeur, to limit such interruptions to a maximum of 24 hours.
If the service is nonetheless interrupted for longer than 24 hours, we shall not be held liable.
The user declares and assures that he or she is fully aware of the characteristics and constraints of the internet, specifically that transfers of data and information via the internet enjoy only relative technical reliability, as they circulate over multiple networks with different technical characteristics and capacities that can disrupt access and put the service out of order at certain times.
The user acknowledges and accepts these risks.
We endeavor, to the extent possible, to maintain access to the service 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, but are under no obligation to do so. We can therefore interrupt access, in particular for maintenance and upgrades, or for any other reason, especially technical. We are in no way responsible for such interruptions and the consequences that that may result for the user.
We do not guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or that it is free of errors. However, the user is entitled to expect a professional execution of the service.
These rights and obligations arising out of or in connection to these Terms shall be construed, governed, interpreted and enforced according to Swiss laws. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to any subject matter relating to these Terms will be the courts located in Sion, Switzerland, unless stipulated otherwise by mandatory Swiss or international laws. You waive any objection to jurisdiction and venue in the Swiss courts.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
